1. Reach Out & Check Availability
Send me a quick message with your wedding date and location so we can confirm availability and start the conversation.

2. Phone/Video/In-Person Consultation
A consultation is recommended but not required to reserve your date. Most couples find that chatting live gives them the chance to ask more questions and gather helpful details. It’s also a great way for us to get to know each other! During our call or video chat, we’ll talk about your wedding vision, photography options that best fit your celebration, and go over logistics and photo preferences so everything runs smoothly on your big day.

3. Secure Your Date
To officially reserve your wedding day, a signed contract and a $500 nonrefundable retainer are required. Everything is done electronically, so you and your partner can sign from anywhere—no printer needed. I accept Venmo, Zelle, checks, cash, and credit cards*, as well as PayPal*. Once that’s complete, your date is locked in!

4. Timeline & Photo Planning
Together we’ll create a detailed timeline, build a formal family photo list, and review all logistics so we have plenty of time to capture every moment you want.

5. Pre-Wedding Check-In
A few weeks before the big day, we’ll have an additional consultation to confirm every detail and answer any last-minute questions.

6. Wedding Day Magic
Relax and enjoy! I’ll guide you through natural poses and capture candid moments so your photos are full of love and genuine emotion.

7. Editing & Delivery
Within about 4 weeks, you’ll receive a private online gallery featuring the carefully selected images that represent your day (around 300 images). All images from the Gallery plus bonus shots are delivered on a USB drive mailed to the address of your choice.

* Please note: Credit card and PayPal payments include an additional 4.5% processing fee.
